You may result in recreational drugs or alcohol in order to shield yourself from the inward conflict you experience. Although everyone experiences certain levels of ups and downs, constant negative thinking and devaluing yourself can even cause depression and suicide.
Fortunately, if you reverse your mentality and begin to view yourself with value, you’ll take pride in your health both mentally and physically. You’ll strive to make healthier options in order to live a more fulfilling life.
Working up to your highest potential takes a certain amount of effort. Sure, the results won’t come overnight especially if you’re suffering from a low self-value.
